Admission Process 2026, Dr. PSIMS Chinoutpalli

MBBS Admission is strictly according to NEET-UG 20226 qualification.

Steps of the Process:

• Qualify NEET-UG 2026 exam conducted by NTA.
• Followed by online registration for counselling through the website of Dr.YSRUHS.
• Fill the application and upload the required documents for online verification.
• After verification, wait for the merit list to be published.
• Take part in the choice filling and locking, select PSIMS, Chinoutpalli, as preferred college.
• There are various counselling rounds (Phase 1, Phase 2, Mop-up and Stray vacancy) for seat allotment based on rank, category, choices and availability.
• Once a seat is allocated, download the allotment letter.
• Report personally to the college for verification, fitness checkup and payment of fees, within the given time limit (usually 7-10 days).

Eligibility Criteria

To apply for MBBS candidates must meet the following conditions:

• Minimum age: 17 years by 31 December 2026
• There is no upper age limit.
• Qualification: Passed Class 12 (10+2) or its equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology (PCB) and English from a recognised education board with -
• Minimum marks:
  • General: 50% in PCB
  • OBC/SC/ST: 40%
  • PwD : 45%
• Must qualify NEET UG 2026 with the minimum required percentile -
  • General/EWS: 50th percentile
  • SC/ST/OBC : 40th percentile
  • General PwD: 45th percentile
• Nationality : Indian citizens, NRIs, OCIs and PIOs.
• AP Domicile candidates are preferred for state quota seats.
