Important Dates of Counselling:

In both the Madhya Pradesh state counseling and the All-India counseling, seat allocation is conducted in multiple rounds. This occurs because various seats may become vacant—for instance, if students decline a seat because they did not secure their preferred college, are unable to arrange funds for fees, or fail to provide proof for the category under which they applied. Once the deadlines for reporting to the college, paying fees, or submitting documents have passed, all such vacant seats are made available for the subsequent round. The table below provides details regarding the rounds for MBBS seat allocation under both the All-India and state counseling processes.
The DME, Madhya Pradesh, prepares and publishes a state merit list for each category. By examining the previous year's cut-offs, students can gauge whether they are likely to secure a seat in their preferred college. If you wish to gain greater confidence regarding your prospects, it is recommended to use 'Shreet Career Guidance Services,' which leverages artificial intelligence and machine learning technology. Furthermore, based on your current NEET rank, reservation category, and any other applicable quotas, this 'college predictor' can help you determine which college you might be able to secure.

Admission Eligibility

Candidates must be at least 17 years of age by December 31st of the year of enrollment. They must have completed their Higher Secondary education (10+2) in the Science stream, with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (or Biotechnology) as subjects.
